Settlement Services

Our Settlement Counsellors provide friendly assistance and referrals to both documented and undocumented newcomers to Canada. Our staff speak English and Spanish. We can help you get: - Referrals to ESL (English as a Second Language) and community health programs; - Access to nutritious meals; - Information regarding the Canadian immigration process, housing, health, education, and other resources in the community; - Opportunities to meet others in the community; - Translation services for clients who speak other languages. Registration IS NOT required for community information calls and referrals. Registration and intake IS required for clients who need ongoing case work (for example, support with immigration applications).
